HOW TO SELECT YOUR PET’S BEST IMAGE

  • Put your pet in the middle: make sure your pet is the main thing we see in the photo.

  • Your pet should be the star: make sure there’s nothing messy or distracting in the background.

  • Make it bright: take the picture in good light so we can see your pet clearly. Not too dark or too shadowy!

  • Keep it clear: the picture shouldn't be blurry. It needs to be nice and sharp.

  • Use a big, good-quality picture: try to use the best version of the photo you can. Bigger pictures look better!

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our commissioned artworks, once an order is placed and work has commenced, we are sorry to say that we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.

Quality Assurance: We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your final artwork arrives damaged or corrupted, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement file.
