2. Privacy Policy

Collection of Images
When you place an order, you will be asked to upload an image (e.g., your pet’s photo). We collect and store these images solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned artwork.

Storage & Security
● Images are stored within our Google Workspace environment, which employs robust security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, regular audits, and multi‑factor authentication.
● We adhere strictly to Google Workspace’s privacy and security policies to protect your data.

Use of Your Data
● Images are used only to fulfill your order.
● We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your images or personal information to third parties.
● After your order is complete, you may request deletion of your images; otherwise, we will securely archive them for up to 90 days to allow for customer support inquiries.

By placing an order, you grant us permission to use your submitted photos and the final artwork for marketing and promotional purposes, including online and print materials.

3. Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
We offer a digital, productized service: custom portrait artwork based on customer‑supplied images.
2. Order Process
2.1 Selection & Payment: You choose your desired product, complete payment, and upload your reference image.
2.2 Production & Timeline: Our atelier master will create your portrait within 3 business days of order confirmation.
2.3 Review Courtesy: As a courtesy (not a collaboration), we will send a draft to you for review prior to final delivery.
• Note: Final creative decisions rest exclusively with the atelier master; this is a commissioned artwork, not a co‑design service.
3. Delivery
Once approved or after 48 hours without feedback, whichever comes first, we finalize and deliver your digital portrait file.
4. Non‑Design Service
While we strive for your satisfaction, our service is not a full design consultancy. We do not offer unlimited revisions; instead, we incorporate your upload and any minor feedback within our commissioning process.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a high‑quality image that meets our Image Selection Guidelines (see Section 4). Failure to do so may result in suboptimal artwork or delays.
4. Image Selection Guidelines
- Subject Focus: Your pet must be the primary focus—no cluttered backgrounds or distracting foreground objects.
- Lighting: Good, even lighting is essential. Avoid photos that are too dark or have harsh shadows.
- Sharpness: The image must be in clear focus. Blurry or out‑of‑focus shots will not work.
- Resolution: Upload the highest possible file quality. Avoid pixelation; images should be large (preferably over 2,000 × 2,000 pixels).
- Framing: Ensure your pet is the focal point of the frame.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our commissioned artworks:
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Once an order is placed and work has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
- Quality Assurance: We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your final artwork arrives damaged or corrupted, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement file.
