• Keep it clear: the picture shouldn't be blurry. It needs to be nice and sharp.

• Use a big, good-quality picture: try to use the best version of the photo you can. Bigger pictures look better!

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our commissioned artworks, once an order is placed and work has commenced, we are sorry to say that we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.

Quality Assurance: We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your final artwork arrives damaged or corrupted, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement file.

You will receive your portrait within 3-5 business days of funds reflecting in our account.

As a courtesy (not a collaboration), we will send a draft to you for review and minor inputs prior to final delivery, but please know that final creative decisions rest exclusively with the atelier master; this is a commissioned artwork, not a co‑design service.
